What to Expect Before and After Professional Carpet Cleaning in Las Vegas

If you've never had your carpets professionally cleaned, or it's been a while, you might wonder what the process actually looks like. Here's a complete walkthrough of what to expect with EcoClean.

Before we arrive. Clear the areas to be cleaned of small furniture, toys, and breakables. You don't need to move heavy furniture — our technicians handle that. Vacuum if you can, but it's not required.

When we arrive. A technician will walk the areas to be cleaned, identify any problem spots (stains, pet areas, high-traffic zones), and discuss any specific concerns with you. This takes about 5 minutes and ensures we address everything you care about.

During the clean. We pre-treat stains and high-traffic areas, then perform hot water extraction room by room. The process takes approximately 20–40 minutes per room depending on size and soil level. You'll notice the carpets looking brighter almost immediately.

After the clean. Your carpets will be slightly damp. In Las Vegas's dry climate, expect drying in 1–3 hours. We place protective tabs under furniture legs to prevent staining while drying. Avoid walking on carpets with shoes until fully dry.

The result. Carpets that look, smell, and feel noticeably fresher. Stubborn stains may require a second treatment on a follow-up visit, but most everyday soil and odors are resolved in a single session.
